           Right before you start click on the bottom left corner to double your
money but you can't do this twice

                 If you want to make a two story building when pressing control
                and alt and press the mouse button to where you want it
 

          for a three story lobby press control, alt and shift from there do the
same thing as above (they look like the picture below)
